I'm new to Pilates. Can I join your classes?
Absolutely! Our classes cater to all fitness levels, including beginners. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.
How do I sign up for a class?
You can view our class schedule and book sessions directly through our website. Or you can download our app, Your Pilates Place. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us at welcome@yourpilatesplace.co or call (303) 668-2000.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. Grip socks are also required for safety and cleanliness. They are available for purchase in the studio or online from various retailers.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
All necessary equipment, including reformers, Wunda chairs, FUSE ladders, mats and props are provided. However, you may bring your own mat or towel if you prefer. Please bring your own refillable water bottle. We provide excellent, filtered water.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer 45-minute Pilates-based fitness classes that range from beginner-friendly sessions to high-intensity circuit classes. Our classes incorporate various equipment and props to provide a comprehensive workout. Our stretch classes (Decompress) are 60 minutes.
How often should I attend classes?
For optimal results, we recommend attending classes 2-3 times per week. Consistency is key to building strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.
Can I attend classes if I'm pregnant or postpartum?
Yes, Pilates is beneficial during and after pregnancy. Please inform your instructor about your pregnancy or postpartum status so they can provide appropriate modifications.
Can I attend classes if I have an injury, am recovering from surgery, or suffering from a chronic illness or issue?
Yes. We strongly recommend you obtain clearance from your healthcare provider for physical activity. Pilates is highly beneficial in recovery from an injury or managing a chronic condition. We recommend private sessions to ensure you are ready to join group classes safely and that any exercises are appropriately modified to your individual needs and recovery goals. Our instructors are trained to make certain private sessions are adapted to support safe movement, proper technique, and personalized progression. Our instructors are always willing to offer modifications, however, during group classes it is not possible to provide individualized instruction.
Is there an age requirement for classes?
Participants must be at least 14 years old. Minors require parental or guardian consent before attending their first class. Under 14 would require parental supervision and would be for private lessons only.
What are your membership options?
We offer various membership packages to suit different needs. Please visit our website or contact us directly for detailed information on pricing and packages.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 8 hours' notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of the class credit.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your membership. Please provide notice at least 30 days in advance for cancellation. Pausing or freezing can be done for up to 3 months in a calendar year and will be handled case by case. See the front desk or contact us at welcome@yourpilatesplace.co.
Do you offer refunds?
Intro offers, membership, class packs, private session packages, nutrition counseling packages are non-refundable.
Retail returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for items unworn and with tags attached.

Do you offer teacher training to become an instructor?
