front desk rock star
This isn’t just a desk job—it’s the heart of our client experience. We mean that. You are the first contact as people come through the door!
What You'll Do:
● Greet clients and make them feel at home
● Assist with class bookings and check-ins
● Handle front desk operations and light office tasks
● Drive membership and retail sales
● Keep the studio clean, organized and running smoothly. This includes cleaning the
floors at the end of the shift, both vacuuming and mopping and cleaning the bathrooms
once a day.
Must have:
● Great people skills – friendly, engaging, and confident
● Strong sales ability – comfortable recommending packages and products
● Organizational skills, ability to follow directions, be reliable, and self-starter/proactive. We love it when you make suggestions on how to help and improve processes.
● Passion for wellness, fitness, or Pilates is a big plus!
What You Get:
● Competitive hourly wage
● Commission for selling memberships & retail - earning 10% commission on all retail
sales, $10 bonus with each new membership (one time payout per membership).
