  • This intermediate class is for the reformer lover who is looking for a more athletic approach. Level up your Pilates and challenge your whole body in this fun, never-the-same-twice class!

  • Get ready to sweat, tone and push your muscles! Build strength in an unconventional way that can be adapted for ANY fitness level. This class combines fun cardio bursts with suspension training to challenge your body.

  • The most fun you will have doing cardio is with a Pilates jump board! This dynamic class provides a fantastic full-body workout. Core strength, coordination, and agility are the bonuses. Enjoy upbeat and motivating music, a fun workout, and a great time with other students!

  • Pilates Gym is our homage to the creator of Pilates, Joe Pilates. This class will move you through exercises on several pieces of equipment. Each station focuses on different aspects of fitness that will give you the opportunity to master your movement. Try something new that will challenge your practice. You just might surprise yourself!

  • Designed for anyone looking to stay agile and sleek. You will engage in a series of Pilates exercises selected for effectiveness and safety. Enhance balance, stability, flexibility and core strength (all at once)!

    Four classes gives you just the right amount of exposure to understand what you love and how we can help you on your fitness journey.

  • Absolutely! Our classes cater to all fitness levels, including beginners. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.

  • You can view our class schedule and book sessions directly through our website. Our app, Your Pilates Place, is also available on the App store and Google Play.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. Grip socks are also required for safety and cleanliness. They are available for purchase in the studio or online from various retailers. 

  • All necessary equipment, including reformers, Wunda chairs, FUSE ladders, mats and props are provided!

    However, you may bring your own mat or towel if you prefer. Please bring your own refillable water bottle.

  • Yes, Pilates is beneficial during and after pregnancy!

    Please inform your instructor about your pregnancy or postpartum status so they can provide appropriate modifications.

  • Yes. We strongly recommend you obtain clearance from your healthcare provider for physical activity. Pilates is highly beneficial in recovery from an injury or managing a chronic condition.

    We recommend private sessions to ensure you are ready to join group classes safely and that any exercises are appropriately modified to your individual needs and recovery goals. Our instructors are trained to make certain private sessions are adapted to support safe movement, proper technique, and personalized progression.

  • Participants must be at least 14 years old. Minors require parental or guardian consent before attending their first class. Under 14 requires parental supervision and would be for private lessons only.

  • We require at least 8 hours’ notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class credit.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class to give yourself time to settle in, become familar with the equipment, and sign any necessary waivers.
